Shipping & Returns


  • The USPS is expecting delayed shipping times for the holiday season, and we will do our best to get your orders out in a timely fashion.
  • For any 'made to order' items, please place your order by December 1st. This includes the majority of earrings listed on the site. 
  • After December 1st, made to order items will be updated with what is currently in stock.
  • For ready to ship pieces, including the holiday collection (estimated to launch December 7th), please consider the 2-3 processing time + shipping time when ordering.



  • Items are often handmade to order. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your item to ship. If items are currently in stock, please allow up to 1 week for your order to ship. If you have a question about a specific item please fill out the contact page with your inquiry.
  • All items are handmade thus unique and special. They may have small variations in color and pattern depth. Though I strive to make each piece as closely to the original as possible, these variations are the nature of handmade. Please respect the uniqueness of each piece. 
  • All items are carefully inspected before shipment.  If in the case an item has come apart by the time of delivery, such as a small jump ring or ear hook coming off, please email us at We will provide you with a pre-paid domestic shipping label for you to ship your item back to us. We will fix your item and mail it back to you. 
  • At this time, returns can be made for store credit only.
  • Please contact us at within 14 days of delivery if you desire a return for store credit.
  • Sale items are final and can not be exchanged for store credit.
  • Brass and copper will tarnish over time. This beautifully aged look is desired by many. Please read the Jewelry Care section regarding jewelry care. Please do not ask for store credit past the 14 days due to tarnish.
  • Hana Moriah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please double check your address before placing your order.
